Organic Urad (Black gram):-

Urad also referred to as Urad dal or Black gram was originated in
India where it has been in cultivation from ancient times and is
one of the most highly prized pulses of India. It is an erect, suberect
or trailing, densely hairy annual herb. It is very nutritious
and is recommended for diabetics.
Organic Mung (Green gram):-

Mung bean, also known as green bean. The split bean is known as
moong dal, which is green with the husk, and yellow when
dehusked. The beans are small, ovoid in shape, and green in color.
Mung bean sprouts are also famous.
Organic Lentil (Masoor):-

Masoor Dal is a preparation of pulses (dried beans) which have
been stripped of their outer hulls and split. Masoor Dal is a
mainstay in Indian vegetarian cooking, since it provides the
requisite proteins required for a balanced diet.
Organic Pigeon Pea (Toovar Dal):-

The pigeon pea is a widely cultivated crop in India. Pigeon peas
are both a food crop (dried peas, flour, or green vegetable peas)
and a forage/cover crop. The dried peas may be sprouted briefly,
and then cooked, for a flavor different from the green peas.
Organic Chick Pea:-

The chickpea are high in protein and one of the earliest
cultivated vegetables. Chickpeas are a helpful source of zinc,
folate and protein. Also they are a healthy source of
carbohydrates for persons with insulin sensitivity or diabetes.
Organic Cow Pea (Chawla):-
